Zero Stars. calling for weeks talking to them trying to pay child support, will not accept my card because my address doesn't match is the excuse I get. I ask what is the exact address they have for me and its none, because they deleted my file except for the account number and name. Zero stars !! Waited 3 hours on the phone listening to Tuesdays gone over and over and still never got ahold of anyone .
if I could I would give them less than a zero star! what a bogus. Do not waste your time, and your money to do anything VPS is handling. do yourself a favor ,choose another company. no payments went thru, but wait: the " convenience fees hit my credit card account! I would put minus 10 . I have spent about 3-4 hours to make small payment of $75 and used 5 different cards NO PAYMENT GO Through . Every time it required to provide correct address and City , any changes in format does not work either . If you want your customers run away just subscribe to Value Payment System , if you want your business succeed refer this VALUE to your competitors.

Why won't it let me leave half of a star? This place sucks. I just imagine the amount of money they're pulling in based off of Indiana child support alone. They charge 2.25% on every payment made in Indiana for child support. Since their automated system didn't work I had to call their number and sit on the phone as they listed all of the other states that were using them to pay taxes so many other fees and I just imagine that they are charging a similar percentage on each of those payment.
