They sold me a broken compressor, but refused a refund or even a credit because I didn't catch it within 24 hours. I went in there to make an honest transaction and I was cheated.

I bought my ps3 brand new and it did not come with a component or HDMI cable yet they won't accept it without one, which means I would have to take the HDMI from my cable box or buy a new one. To make matters worse, when I asked how that was possible she said she didn't have to accept anything from me. I'll take my business to Godfather Pawn in Cocoa. Thanks.

The place is awful. The staff has a bad attitude. It smells so bad of gasoline my throat was raw within 5 mins. These people are not honest.

Don't trust them!!! I was considering a laptop and the salesperson said oh Ill discount it 50.00 if you buy it today. I agreed. As she began to ring up my laptop; she was approached by her supervisor and she told me oh no we can't sell this for any less than the price tag. As she spoke to me she tapped her finger on the counter !!! In addition, the supervisor had a frown on her face and a condescending attitude. I walked out of the store and I won't be back!! Customer service lessons would sure be helpful to this store.

Terrible. We were told that we had over the weekend to try out a piece of equipment but when we brought it back we were told there was nothing they could do because of a one day return policy. Why would one person tell us that if it was against the policy?
