Kristine was very very helpful and went out of her way to make sure a customer was happy and taken care of Milton is a top notch manager and awesome customer service and all I can is keep up the good work
I’m not a fan of the owner of this pawn shop. I visit it with my gaming PC, which I no longer use and consider unnecessary. It’s a waste of my time and money. When I asked for a quote, the short, petite woman who worked there didn’t know her name. She asked if I had a gaming monitor, and I explained that I didn’t need one because the form online didn’t specify it. I only needed to bring my mouse, keyboard, power adapter, and the tower itself to pawn. However, she insisted that I bring the gaming monitor, which was ridiculous... read more
