Check on your stuff. It may be gone. I logged in to pay on my loan just to find out hundreds of people have been robbed. Our jewelry has disappeared from inside the safe in this store.
This is so hard for me to even write the store was robbed by it's very own manager he took all the money, diamonds, gold and apple watches last Sunday. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my recent experience at the Longwood location, specifically involving the store manager, Matt. While shopping with my two young daughters, I overheard Matt using inappropriate and vulgar language that was completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment—especially one where families and children are present. I went here a couple times to sell high value jewelry and watches. They refused a Delta scuba watch. They didn’t offer me anything and told me to go to a beach town. Took it to Cash America Pawn got $400. (It sold within a month) then lastly, I took my husbands wedding white gold band and was refused anything because they claimed it was a fake. Either they don’t know how to really test gold, or they refused me because they didn’t want to give me to much money. They would have wanted me to settle for $10. Guess what? Took it ... read more
