I went into value pawn trying to buy two TVs for my house. I ended up accidentally purchasing one tv that was not a smart tv as advertised. When I brought the TV back Martin was very sympathetic and understanding and helped me protect my new purchases with an insurance plan. He was attentive and professional. Martin even helped me load them into my car! Would def go back when I need to purchase something again

FRAUD ALERT!!! I am continuously getting charges on my credit card from several locations of this company. They come infrequently enough that I missed them for several months! I would steer clear of this place, your financial information is NOT SAFE!
Everybody check this place out. Staff is nice and we all know what we’re here for the deals and they got deals for days. Rachel was awesome and made the experience incredible.
