I’ve worked in retail for 8+ years, chosen field pawn shops. Value pawn my suggestion is that you seriously take a look into retraining your managers and employees. I walked into your store on 8/22/2020 ready to spend money on a camera I was interested in. I chose not to purchase from your store due to the lack of help and blatant disrespect your employees showed on that day. I went in with my brand new ring and was assisted by Tammy she takes my ring and I can see that she is scratching it so I made sure to look at my ring and sure enough she just made my new ring look like crap first she says that she did not scratch it then says she had to scratch it if this needed to be done someone should have asked me you do not just scratch up someone's ring she should be fired I am going to keep complaining on this company what am I supposed to do with my ring now ???
