value pawn is the best pawn shop around,i have been using them for many years.I refuse to go to another pawn shop,there prices are reasonable and there service is even better.On a scale from 1 to 10 i would rate them a 10.
I went in with my brand new ring and was assisted by Tammy she takes my ring and I can see that she is scratching it so I made sure to look at my ring and sure enough she just made my new ring look like crap first she says that she did not scratch it then says she had to scratch it if this needed to be done someone should have asked me you do not just scratch up someone's ring she should be fired I am going to keep complaining on this company what am I supposed to do with my ring now ???
