I do not recommend this rental company based on my experience. I rented a car from them on Sunday, July 5, at around 5:00 p.m. While driving home from Value Motors, the car started overheating and boiling. I tried calling the company immediately (around 5:20 p.m.), but no one answered, likely because the office had already closed for the day. I did get my deposit back so 1 star for not having to go through my credit card company My experience with Value Motors is very disappointing but partly my fault for having faith in humanity. I am also a mechanic so figured I could probably fix any little random thing that come up in the future. I first found an ad on Marketplace for a KONA EV, when I inquired about dealer fees they said they didn't have any.
