After pumping quarter after quarter in to a wash booth at the Oregon location, which rejected the first attempts by kicking back the quarters I'd obtained from their change machine. Finally the machine ate $2.50 and refused to provide a car wash, wouldn't return the money, and it was impossible to connect by telephone, the management, who must enjoy receiving the money without providing the service.
