My veins are very difficult to work with and had several vials to be drawn. I was very impressed by Olivia (I believe was her name). She was very friendly and took extra steps to make sure we had a smooth draw. The place was clean and inviting. She even gave me a recommendation for a quaint coffee shop next door.
I was in and out! I called the day before and had a few questions, and they answered them all. They were so kind! I went in today and was in and out, and it’s extremely clean!! I will be recommending this place to everyone!!
The value lab ladies do such a great job of explaining everything. It makes me feel confident and comfortable whenever I go to get blood work done. And the fact that it saves me money is a plus!
