Value insurance has been nothing but the best thus far!!! Arthur has been great with community and overall has given us excellent customer service! Definitely would recommend to others!
If I could give this place more stars I would. It has been such an excellent experience so far working with Art. He is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful when getting your policy set up and also will help you reach your future goals with your insurance plan(s).
Called VIA to get a surety bond and spoke to Art. He said he "doesn't really do them", despite advertising the service on his website. Then, he abruptly hung up on me. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend.
