This is absolutely the worst room I have ever ALMOST stayed at. Left immediately after seen stains on bedsheets and flies everywhere. The mattress itself is black with filth. There was a dead bedbug on the wall. I’m not sure how they are still in business. OH WAIT maybe because they don’t refund you the full amount after you complain about the filth 15 minutes after checking in.

I requested a no smoking room, but it was as if they put a piece of paper on the mirror stating smoking was prohibited despite the entire room reeking of cigarettes. Conditions of the room were atrocious. Visible water warping on the bathroom walls. Missing lighting panel exposing the ceiling. I couldnt tell you the last time they washed their pillows. DROOL STAINS ON THE PILLOWS. We literally had to go buy new pillows for ourselves in addition to the air freshener we left behind (as if the staff would know how to use it) Da... read more

The hotel is very shitty BUT the service was great, it was easy to book and it was cheap. It’s also in a GREAT spot for the Bristol Renaissance Faire which is why we stayed there. I’ll probably stay there again next time I do a weekend ren faire trip :)
