I have lived here for quite a few years. This is a great community and very well maintained. The one thing that is very important to me is that there is no renting allowed at East Bay. Everyone owns their home. I would never live in a manufactured home community where renting is allowed. What comes with home ownership is pride. That is why this community has very great curb appeal.
