My wife Celia has been attending Lions Hearing Sydney (previously Value Hearing) for several years and has never had anything other than absolutely splendid service. Minerva is her current contact. She is always extremely professional and very patient. Celia is very fortunate to have the benefit of her help on such an important subject. The location, and ease of getting there, is an added bonus.
Unfortunately it wasn't a happy time for me having the hearing aids fitted. They were uncomfortable and at times I couldn't hear things clearly. I did take them back but it didn't make a real lot of difference. I have now lost one of the hearing aids and the tracking app could not find it. I have been quoted $2800 to replace that one and my health insurance won't cover it. I have already spent $4000 of my own money and I can not afford another $2800.
