I visited Lions Hearing Clinic for the first time on 18 August 2025 and was very impressed with my experience. Lovely staff and very patient and thorough with their processes and explanations etc. I have further appointments booked and would highly recommend to anyone requiring a hearing test and further assistance
Very pleased with Minerva's attentive and supportive services and am happy to recommend her to friends and family members who may need assistance with their hearing issues. Would also like to commend Anthony at the reception for his friendly, approachable demeanor; always smiling and ready to assist. Location wise, the new practice at Macquarie St is not as convenient as the previous one at George Street, though not a big issue.
A short follow up appointment with Kate who advised me that a new model of aid will be available in a few weeks. I feel very comfortable being attended by Kate and would recommend anyone who requires aids ask for her. She is very patience with her clients and understanding.
I went to see Minerva today, they had a last minute booking and saw me straight away. The service was exceptional, and the Clinic is very nice.
