I had a session today with Shou at the Collins Street branch and was very impressed with the skill, knowledge and care he showed. I highly recommend Value Hearing and the fantastic work they do.
Georgia was great. Very professional. Tests were good and product information thorough. Did not feel pressured to sign up and happy with my choice . Very good after sales service as well. Raza at Value Hearing helped me select the best hearing aids for my needs. Much improved experience compared to the last two companies I used to purchase hearing aids and cheaper too. The Bluetooth functional has helped me work, specifically hearing on the phone and Webex meetings etc. I have been recently diagnosed with tinnitus and again Raza helped me through adapting to this. I would highly recommend their service and products!
