Raul did an excellent job with annual preventative maintenance on our sump pump. He installed the equipment and has serviced it over the years and knows his stuff. His representation of the company is why we will continue to use Value Dry services.

Even though we did not end up needing Value Dry services, I can attest to the honesty and integrity of their evaluator Bill Strong. He came twice to our house to evaluate our water problem in the basement. On his first visit he was very skeptical about the source of water coming from outside the foundation. On his second visit after the mold was cleaned up and the walls opened up he, again, could not find evidence that the water was coming from outside. My experience with Value Dry Waterproofing was extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important for other homeowners to be aware. As a waterproofing company that advertises professionalism, respect, and quality customer service, I expected a much higher standard of behavior. Unfortunately, what I witnessed in our neighborhood was the complete opposite.
