We’ve faced subsurface water issues and hydrostatic pressure in our basement for 25 years. We’ve tried many plumbers who think a sump pumps alone would solve this. They are clueless to solving these issues. And charge thousands for very little return and short-lived results. I’ve had other water proofers. Today we had our annual inspection. Austin showed up right on time and performed flawlessly. He took his time and carefully inspected our system. After thoroughly checking our backup battery and viewing the drainage, he filled out the report which we passed with flying colors. Thank You, Austin and Value Dry! (P.S. We had waterproofing done by Value Dry about a year ago, and they did an excellent job from the start. Recently, we had our one-year maintenance check, and I really appreciated that they proactively called to remind us and get it scheduled.
