Adan and Mar along with a helper showed up early on Friday and did a beautiful job replacing our sump, tying all our downspouts together and installing a new drain and waterproofing our leaking block wall. Earlier in the week Corbin, their estimator, came out and spent a couple hours with us going over what needed to be done and how it would be done in a very detailed fashion. They were very helpful and friendly and cleaned up after the job was done. Kudos to them all!!

Value Dry customer service was excellent! I made a service call on a Sunday, and Austin F., the technician, arrived at my house within an hour and a half. He end provided me with an estimate to fix the problem. Very pleased!

We are so glad thirteen years ago we had our basement waterproofed by Value Dry. This company and everyone who works for them are a fantastic group. From their customer services, maintenance, and emergency service. Top notch service. Our sump pump was having issues yesterday evening around 8 PM. We called and their CS put us in touch with a tech, Austin F. I spoke to him on the phone and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Couldn't recommend this company any more. They came out after I inherited a lifetime warranty after buying a house. Taught me about everything they did back in 2021, touched up some small stuff, and didn't try to push any sales on me. I could tell Austin was there to genuinely check on the overall installation and ensure everything was working properly. Ask for Austin!
