I heard the doorbell answered it. The person introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. His name is Tyler his communication was very good. Tyler was accurate, thorough and gave professional results. He even checked the sub pump to make sure all was good. He is the definition of a great worker. Superb service Thanks

Manny and his crew were excellent to work with! They were able to finish quite a large job in just one full day. All of the workers were respectful of my home, they were organized and cleaned up super nicely after the project was complete. I highly suggest using these guys!
I hired Value Dry Basement waterproofing in 2023, and every time it rains, the basement still gets water coming in. It is now August 2025 and a couple of weeks before July 31, the owner Jim Ketterer finally came to my home after several emails asking for him to come over because his crews where not getting the job done.
