Yesterday we had a mold mitigation technician come,to get rid of mold under the kitchen sink.Our experience could not have been better. The young man was named Michael, and he was pleasant, polite, and efficient. He put up a shelter around the work site, so my kitchen didn't even get dirty. He completed the job quickly, and it is well done. Michel deserves a shout out, he's a great representative of your company. Thank you!

Value Clean came to dry out damage to my unit that came from a leak in the unit above me. I live in an old building & it was really difficult to figure out where the water was coming from. Jake was critical in helping to identify the source. Had multiple plumbers & an HVAC specialist, but Jake really tracked it down. He went above and beyond. Came back multiple times, helped me formulate a plan to locate source & strategy for repair. I am very thankful!!

I cannot say enough about this company! I was referred to Value Clean by a colleague. I called and was transferred to Jake, who was able to come to my house in under 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, explained things to me in plain terms, and pointed things out that 3 other companies did not! Their bid was WAY less than their competitor's and they completed the job the same day! I highly recommend Value Clean! Jake, Lonnie, and Michael were absolutely fantastic. They arrived quickly and took the time to clearly explain their entire process to us. All three were outstanding, professional, and incredibly respectful of our home. While I hope we won't need these types of services again anytime soon, they will absolutely be my first call if we do.

We had a water leak on second level. They cut a bunch of random holes in ceiling not even trying to make it easy to re-Sheetrock. Sprayed a little spray on the wood and charged $2,000 As a post above said they used 27 fans to dry it failed to mention is they RENT the fans to you at addition cost. So for $2,000 they used a butter knife to cut sheet rock and sprayed some Home Depot spray down. Save your money.
