My law firm spent thousands of dollars at Value City's Harbison, Columbia SC location, and while the sales team and delivery team were great, the back end customer service for repairing damage was horrendous. They don't show up for appointments, and I had to proactively call them to ask what for updates when they were a no-show. Nkt even a phone call..... and best yet, the lady in charge of repairs could care less that the appointment was missed, that there was zero communication, or that you have an issue. Buyer Beware! Worst furniture I ever bought. Electric recliners quit working almost immediately. Waited over 6 months for replacement parts. Two and a half years later, the wood on the sofa has broken, zipper broken, and fabric is completely worn through. $2,200, and it is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life. Good thing I got the extended warranty that probably won't cover anything. Well, I was right claim completely denied. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
