We purchased a 3 recliner seat sofa. Once we assembled the item, we noticed the frame was bent. We called Value City back, and they told us to bring it back!!! First of all we waited about 3 months for this order to arrive. Second, this is an extremely heavy item. Third, they wanted us to disassemble this item and drive it back across town, which is about 40 minutes 1 way!!! No thanks, we will just have to deal with the ugly separation in the sofa. We definitely will not utilize Value City for future purchases!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a furniture store — we’re even considering legal action. We bought a living room set with a 5-year warranty totaling $1,577. One of our couches was damaged beyond repair. The warranty company approved a full replacement and told us we could get either the same couch or store credit for the original amount ($621). Value City offered just $358.
