I have purchased furniture for years from Value City! They have modern furniture and great accent pieces also. I have always experienced great customer service. My partner and I greatly enjoyed working with a woman named Katie! She provided us great customer service and truly helped us find an amazing piece of furniture. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help us; made my first experience at Value City Furniture one to remember! And if that was not enough, she was so skilled that I thought she'd been working there for years when in actuality, she'd on been working there for a couple of weeks! Thanks Katie;)
This is the worst company to deal with. I bought a bedroom set from then, the furniture came to my house in boxes. A worker came and set it up, the man was almost dying and did not do even a good job. All the drawers have come off of the runners. I called and CS said they do not come back, it is up to us to fix the problem. If I don.t get help from them, I will never go back and I will never, ever recommend this company. I wish I could do more to let the public know of your business practices.
