David Moultrie is an AMAZING salesman!!! He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied!!! I purchased a recliner and couch set. The chair was delivered. The couch was delayed a month, which was fine. I was told a week before delivery that it was delayed again several months. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me. He physically went thru inventory piece by piece to find me a matching set! He upgraded me to a power set, rather than manual as originally purchased, at no additional charge!!! Been dealing with valu for years, always a satisfying experience knowing I’ll be getting good quality furniture. I’ve only had one bad experience with a wooden bed frame, which ended up creaking. Other than that, good experience…update about this sectional. The motor burned out after limited use and a year of ownership. Trash
