We had a lovely shopping experience, Neal helped us find a good mattress and knew almost the information by heart, he didn't look down on me and my mum for looking for a budget-friendly mattress, and he was fast and gave us the information we needed without trying to go off on bunny trails like a lot of salesmen do. 10/10, would come again in 20 years when we need a new mattress.
Very professional from entering into store to the delivery, the guys were wonderful and on time which was 9:30 to 12:30 they arrived at 10:30, that was great. They setup the bed quickly, the delivery guys was very courtesy and kind.
Neal was very helpful thru the whole process!! keep up the awesome work Neal everything is great thanks again
