This place is a complete and total disaster. Very unprofessional, very poorly managed, with employees who know nothing about anything that they are doing. My step mother ordered a bed frame for a king bed and I drove 45 minutes to this store to pick it up, only to find out, even though my step mom already paid for it, they did not take the bed frame out of their systems and then sold it to someone else, despite my step mother already having paid for it. Been shopping here at Value City Furniture in St. Clairsville, purchasing living room and bedroom items for years from this facility. Complete shame that the overall company is closing, as there are MANY great sales people working here that were great assets to the St. C location and would be tremendous in sales anywhere. Best wishes to all of the staff in the St. C location, along with other VCF locations.
We've bought lots of stuff from them over the years, and never had an issue
