Value City Furniture – I recently purchased a bedroom package from vcf in Springdale. While I really like the furniture, I only have one (1) complaint, the finish lifts of too easy, which in my opinion is a problem that should be addressed with the manufacturer. A couple of years ago I purchased a living room set from the same location, same problem occurred. We've had nothing but good experiences shopping here – We purchased a mattress and box spring here. It listed elsewhere for $1300, we got it for $744 including tax. Delivery was free and on time. The deliverymen brought both to our second floor apartment without grumbling, assembled the frame and placed the pieces on it. We returned not long ago and purchased a dinette and living room group. BUYER BEWARE..IT MAY BE OUT OF STOCK WHEN YOU NEED IT!!! – Horrible Service.. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a bedroom set in Feb 08, paid in full, and the saleperson told me that all I needed to do was call the store 5 days before my desired delivery date and they will deliver the set (I paid for delivery). Well I call more than 2 weeks in advance to set up delivery and they tell me that the bedroom set is out of stock until May 16, 2008.
