I filed claims for rips and stitching that was coming out of my brand new chaise and otterman, and both were denied after the warranty company refused to cover anything. They are very unprofessional and they absolutely won't cover anything that you submit,it seems that they just want you to purchase the warranty but will not cover accidents, poor quality stitching etc. Don't buy this warranty beware!
Sherman and Anthony are an incredible team! Such a positive experience! They delivered our home office furniture today. We were their last stop of the day but they arrived friendly and energetic. They went above and beyond and hoisted our huge couch and coffee table up to our loft(due to spiral staircase) They are strong, able workers and eager to help us with our odd task. It was a wonderful ending to our purchase. Thank you so much guys! We appreciate you and hope to see you again with future purchases!
Purchased liv. rm set 09/2016. and was offered a pure promise warranty for $399.99. Decided it was a good idea especially since they said if unused the money would be refunded to me. day of delivery. set is 2x as big as in the store. not acceptable. tell them to take it back we would pick another. delivery #2 all arrives but next day notice a horrible eye burning chem smell. call them and they said they would come clean it. didn't work rep that came out recommended replacement. here I am Jan 2019 sections are coming apart... read more
