Curtis and team were very professional. Delivery was early and the furniture looks great in our room.
Reasonable prices We recently purchased a bedroom set for my daughter from here. Although we got a very good deal on it the product was really good. I only wished the sales people would have been a little more helpful.
Customer/Employee contact Just got off the phone with a great employee of Value City. I ask his name..it's Jim Hughes. He was most helpful getting me the info of the delivery of the coffee table I had purchased for my son. When asked for the dimentions of the item, he pleasantly had them faster than I could grab a pen. Antoine and Andre delivered my furniture today. The service was OUTSTANDING!! Professional, courteous installers. New floor, they were very careful when bringing in all furniture. Got notification by phone 10 minutes prior to arrival and they were within the time frame stated for delivery. Furniture was brought in quickly, assembled and they cleaned up and left. I recommend that moving crew above all others.

Curtis and Tee arrived early with my furniture delivery, very professional. I asked if the furniture would be too heavy to manage later to get sliders on and Curtis went to his truck and got felt pads and took care to that issue for me. Great service!!
Mr. Antoine Burt and Mr. Dre Johnson delivered my furniture today. The service was EXCELLENT!! Professional installers. Remodeling home, Mr. Burt and Mr. Johnson were very careful when bringing in all furniture. I recommend that moving crew above all others. Very professional, customer service was excellent.
Curtis and his team were on time, professional, fast and informative. They made sure I understood how the elements of the furniture operated and it was positioned in the room to my satisfaction. They were even willing to put footies on over their shoes!
