Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Asking Customers to spend 180 to ensure the product purchased doesnt come damaged.
My Sister and I must commend Mrs. Jackie at the Portsmouth Blvd Location. We moved here from NY several years ago, and came to this store to get furniture for our new apartment and for our Moms apartment. Mrs. Jackie was very helpful and kind. ordered my sectional on November 9th. it is now December 4th and I just recieved HALF of my sectional only to be told that the other HALF is going to be another 30-60 days until it gets here. What the actual **** ?? Why wouldn't my entire order be delivered at one time? Not Happy!
On yesterday I met my father at Value City’s Furniture and we both met a Jackie Davis, a long-time customer service representative and Hannah, Manager. They ended up being a blessing to my father, who had purchased furniture almost a year ago. My sister and I had put a claim in for my father nothing to avail. But Jackie Davis made it happened for us along with Hannah, Manager.
