My friend was contacted from Value Cars regarding a vehicle issue she was seeking assistance about. During the phone conversation, she was extremely upset by the way she was spoken to. While discussing concerns about her car, she was called an idiot. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. I walked in with pre-approved finance, but it fell through at the last second with hidden terms and higher payments. Brent and Alan completely saved the day. Brent stepped in and sorted out a new finance package that was actually better and cheaper than my original one! Incredibly grateful for their quick help and honesty. Highly recommend seeing them!
