I had an excellent experience with Value Car & Truck Rental and their team. The service was amazing from start to finish. My family and I rented their 12-seater GMC Savana for our trip across the border. The van provided was in great condition —clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Great staff and place to rent a vehicle!
Horrible experience. Not cooperative with their customer and put pressure to buy insurance. I did have the rental insurance in my cibc mastercard but Value Car and Truck Rental refused to use my own mastercard and told me to pushed it from them which is not fair.
I can’t say enough how great this place is, from the customer service to the excellent rental prices. This is my second time renting from them and on both occasions my experiences have been amazing! I had to rent because my car on both times needed to be fixed, called them up and they had a car waiting for me. I usually rent the smaller vehicles and keep them for about a week.
