I use to love coming here… Janae is terrible and has no people skills.. she always seems high and doesn’t seem like she even wants to be there. She has a weird vibe- very uncomfortable when she’s working.. so I’ve gone to Sparkle on Guelph Line- customer service there is Amazing 🤩 Bye - I don’t see any Value in your Buds again .. due to poor customer service- I hate not knowing when Janae will be there- so I just stopped going until I hear she gone- I’m sure others have complained about her, but nothing gets done!
