Took way too long to help, was chatting to a friend or something. Then they helped someone who came in after me even tho I was waiting & knew what I wanted UPDATE: The box my bong came in wasn’t secured properly at all. So when I went to open the box it came in. Two small pieces fell out & one broke. I tried calling & explaining the situation, but I was told I had to drive back & buy a new separate piece. This all happened on Nov. 14. I been at this location before in the past but never had an experience like this
