Excellent service! We had a service call on a blind purchased from Value Blinds in 2022. Service call was covered by warranty! Love our whole home Hunter Douglas blinds that we purchased in 2022 from Value Blinds!
Workmanship and quality was very good. Project management however was poor. The job required two trips out by a technician due to staging wrong material, and a third delay where nail hole putty was not sent. I personally had to complete the job to avoid scheduling a third trip out by a technician.

I have used Value Blinds And Shutters for all my window treatment needs for many years and have been very happy with the results. But today my review is about their customer service. In my bedroom, I have shades that go up and down with a remote control and one of the shades wasn’t working.
