The service I received was extraordinary. My Power Steering Pump & fluids were replaced at a cost that could not be beat. Then they found I needed an oil housing filter unit. They got from Ford in 45 minutes and finished my car in 1 hour after receiving the part. Sam did a fabulous job for me @ my car.
Owner aggressively questioned why I hadn’t brought in my car for service over the past 4 years. It’s questioning like that and upselling $3K of repairs on an old car worth <$5K that earns him my reply.
This was my first time at the center. The crew are very hard working and inspiring. They were quick to do the smog test. Very convenient that they work on Saturdays. One small issue is the waiting room, which could surely benefit from some improvement on the air conditioning and rest room facility. The paintings of the Buddha and the peacocks are very relaxing to watch. I'll surely recommend the place for the quality of service.
