Purchased an Aolan Evaporative air conditioner from this group in November 2018 installed for $2,250. The system had water float issues from shortly after install which were attended to with the warranty, but now after 3 years (and the warranty lapsing) the machine has continued to have float issues which have resulted in ceiling damage and the machine no longer working correctly. We had a larger ducted refridgerated r/c installed for our older style two storey home. From first enquiry to completion, the owner Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a professional, friendly decent man who knows his stuff, and this became an obvious reflection of his installers... a really top rate team. To us, this a was a big job, yet they had it completed in a day. The Fujitsu a/c has operated perfectly since day one. Thankyou Jason. Highly recommended.
Jason proposed a few options to choose which one would best suit the house design and my needs. The price was very competitive as well. He always responded to my enquiries in a timely manner. The ducted system (with E-zone controller) was installed quickly within a few hours. Initially, I thought that tradesmen did a good job. Yesterday, I had to do some roof maintenance and noticed that tradesmen left a lot of rubbish in under roof space, which I had to clean myself (all ceiling cut-offs, wires, sticky tape & hose).
