Appointment easily booked over the phone, valuation visit was simple and efficient, report turned around quickly & valuation price appeared accurate and logical with the comparisons to recently sold similar properties in the area. Highly recommend.

I was delighted at the service provided by West Coast Valuers as part of a property revaluation. I was looking for an arm's length valuation and didn't want to go with a 'free' assessment from a realtor, for fear that there would be other agendas, such as wanting to incentivise a sale. I had previously used West Coast Valuers to value a property as at a date some decade earlier as part of a Capital Gains Tax matter, and they also did that very thoroughly. There is a cost, of course, but I feel I got the quality I paid for.
