The secretary who answers the phone thinks she's a plumber and attempted to answer my question to no avail. Then was snotty to me when she realized I was right and rudely spoke to me and hung up the phone. Good luck gaining new customers with that type of terrible phone service. Never again.
Ron is very pleasant and does good work. I am happy with the new garbage disposal.
Ron was one of the gentlemen that helped with a sewage issue at my home. He was very friendly and extremely thorough and gave me a fairly reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing issues or anything of the sort.
My fiance & I were very happy with the service Valu-Rooter provided to us. Our shower had a few broken pipes and they replaced them while informing us all the way what they were doing and for how long it would take. They even cleaned up after they had completed the job. They were a great team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valu-Rooter to anyone.
