Staff is always griendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is in top 3 of companies I have ever delt with. The other two being amazon and vortex optics. Valu Home Center is my first choice for hardware store.
Usually great service, would have bought another but there aren’t any metal options. Manager who processed the return gave incredible attitude saying “so we just buy it, break stuff and return it, okay”. Terry was amazing though. Will be going to ace from now on. Thanks for the terrible service Jeff, we appreciate your attitude towards customers.
Has useful home things. I buy my lawn fertilizer each fall and put it on myself. It helps my lawn and trees out a lot.
