Service department called me back about my frustration with the repair that was needed on my vehicle. Long story short, it's NOT their fault that the part needed has not come in. Ford says the part is on backorder and could take quite a while. Service then gave me an alternative way to solve my problem which I appreciated. I know the guys are trying hard to please customers even when it isn't their fault for delays. Keep up the good work and remember to communicate!
