Had a very disappointing dinner at Valter's last night. We were super excited to eat at this famous place in Salt Lake City. They brought us the wrong dish. We ordered the pork with mushrooms and they brought us one with grapes which was sweet and not to our liking. The salmon was over cooked and did not have the freshness we are accustomed to coming from Boston.
