Valerie looks after us every year with a true home away from home. Always look forward to seeing you again, and time in the sunshine in Cali. Thank you for everything you always have perfect for us.
Haven't officially booked through them. however I sent a couple messages over to them with questions and customer service is horrible as I have not yet received a response. went to turn key vacation rentals instead. If I get a response I'll let everybody know at least change my rating some.
Can't say enough about Vals vacation homes. Seriously Val her self went SO far above and beyond, even helping me get flowers for my wife delivered to the house... The place was amazing, the kids were in heaven. Everything was thoughtful, clean and well organized and the communication was top notch. Can't recommend them enough!
My family has stayed at two of Valerie's properties in the past two years and both were impeccably appointed and well stocked. She saved us when another property became unavailable with less than three weeks notice with a calm, friendly demeanor. We will never rent from anyone else for our trips to California in the future. Valerie and her team are fantastic!
Booked a vacation property through Val and she double booked us and refused to honor our booking despite that we paid for it first. We have a confirmation and paid in full. We paid for 5 nights even though we only needed 4 just to secure the booking back in January. Obviously she got more money for the booking and decided to book it to someone else without letting us know and 3 weeks before our trip we find out only because we asked for check in details and were informed that we were no longer guaranteed for our fully paid b... read more
This woman's customer service skills are horrible. She is very rude, will not return your calls, and rip you off. Be weary as this woman is a complete SCAMMER!
