I called and placed a custom order. Jane couldn’t have been nicer. And the arrangement arrived quickly and was beautifully done. I could tell they took great care and attention, even though it was an inexpensive, simple order. Other florists weren’t interested. Says a lot about how much they care for even a brand new customer.
I normally try not to leave reviews for places that are negative but I am a bit disappointed with this Valentine’s Day bouquet I got for my wife. The first picture was what it was supposed to be and the second picture is what I got. This was a “deluxe” upgrade on the purchase and I got an added ballon which brought the cost to $90. Some of the Flowers I got were already in the process of dying and I just kind of expected more for the money spent.
I ordered these after my sister was in an accident at 8pm… I live 6 hours away so I was worried… The next morning they were delivered to her door by a kind gentlemen. I couldn’t be happier with how the flowers turned out, but also the service.
We ordered this over the phone in the morning and they delivered it that afternoon. It looks absolutely beautiful! Our friends took a picture and sent it to us. We will definitely use Val's again.
I went in for a small wedding bouquet with only a few weeks notice. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We designed a bouquet that I still have a week later in water and it is still beautiful. I will be going back to them for any future flower needs!
