You have to appreciate these guys working so hard during this pandemic. Great dudes keeping me rolling from ordering me a bike to new drivetrains and tuneups. Always insanely fast turn arounds, I can't thank them enough.

I had called to see about getting some straps for the bike pedals for my 3 year old as her feet keep slipping off of the pedals. The gentleman that answered the phone gave me some suggestions about modifications we could make at home AND gave me suggestions about how to teach her to pedal forward rather than backwards!! Great service and was very helpful!! Thanks again!!

So I am working in WIlliston and needed Fat Tire inner tubes. Not an easy thing to find in this part of the world. I had to travel to Minot for work but I wasn’t going to make it before they closed. Someone from Val’s met me after hours to get me the tubes. That’s outstanding customer service. Thanks so much!

I was nervous to go into a bike shop as I havent been on a bike since I was a kid. Let's face it, I'm overweight and not what you would think of when some says "cycling". I felt welcome from the first moment I was greeted and when I came back a week later, Carson remembered who I was and what I was looking for. He helped me find the right bike set up for my needs and my kids and I are loving our new adventures. Thanks, Val's and Carson for a great experience.
