Absolutely thrilled with our curtains from Curtain Warehouse! The locally made curtains are top quality, and the range is impressive. Katrina’s expert colour advice was spot on, and communication was excellent throughout. They even coordinated with our builder for smooth track installation. Reliable, professional, and a beautiful final result—we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended.
Their contract installer is nothing but a glorified handyman, ex carpet layer, poor workmanship, cash only, no receipts issued, charged $750 for 2.5 hours. Than had to come back for 2 hours to rectify mistakes. I’m still waiting for my receipt. Since placing the above review I received an email with a receipt for the wrong amount and asking for me to delete the original review?? Idiots!!
This is THE best curtain shop I have found. I drive from Ipswich to Toowoomba just to shop here.
We are very pleased with our curtains and blinds. Katrina did a great job at designing our whole look and was very helpful. Nardia was terrific at keeping us informed and managing our installations.
A mixed bag - Initially had a great experience. Helpful staff that even came to the house and measured the windows to help with the curtain measurements. We got the curtains and they were lovely except some of them were too long and dragged on the ground. It was surprising considering they themselves had made the measurements and knew the curtain rod supports differed between two of the rooms (one had them above the architrave and the rest were on the architrave) but when I contacted them about this, they denied full respons... read more
