Anybody who has ever met Vals Carpets or done business with Vals Carpets knows that what is being said here is not how this business is operated.With the exception; for example, Vals Carpets comes and installs carpet on monday and at the end of the job Vals Carpets is told that there are no checks in the checkbook could they come back tomorrow. Vals Carpets agree, but when they come back the customer is a no show. Later, Vals Carpets finds out that the customer had left the next day on a 2 week vacation, and when they get ba... read more

Best service and very fair pricing – The owner of this company was so very personable and willing to work with us within our budget and taste. He beat everyone else's price!
Very Bad service and very unprofessional. Saying smart ass comments, they dont know how to install carpeting correctly. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"Awesome" repair service!! – Had an ink stain on the carpet that wouldn't come out. Val's came out the same day I called them and cut out the stained section and exchanged it with the same carpet from our closet. You can't tell this repair has been made. And the price was reasonable. This saved us from recarpeting the room!!! Thanks.
Great Prices! Great Carpet! Wonderful customer service. Quoted me at 1200.00 less then luna and with a higher grade carpet. Highly recommend!!
