Recently visited the store with my family to find my sister a deb dress. We had the most wonderful experience, with the team at Val’s Bridal Boutique providing exceptional customer service. Their generosity teamed with a wealth of knowledge, ensured we walked away with a very happy debutant (and mother as the deb dress hunt came to an end). Recommend any future brides or debutants visit the store before it closes in the coming months.
Terrible experience shop opens when it pleases and when a dress was returned the next day I was told No initially to a refund. When reminded of consumer rights my only option was a cheque. Very very rude. Unpleasant experience. Will never return.
Val is so knowledgeable, helpful and a genuine lovely lady. Reasonably priced dresses, esp with current sale on. Although l didn't purchase a wedding dress, Val was very patient helping me try on many different styles.
