I had the exact same experience when scheduling an appointment for the fridge in the home we rent. (our landlord called them) When I returned their call, she said we called TWICE (in one day!) and now it will be Monday before we can get out. I said that was fine, what time? Response: 'We have no idea, they just call when they leave the house before yours.' I told her I work, could she five me an idea if it will be AM or PM? 'We have absolutely NO idea what time!' very rudely. I said guess I'll have to take the day off work..... read more

I called them to get prices on what it would cost to have some appliances for my apartment community repaired and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and short with me. Not helpful at all. I would have preferred to talk to someone else, but there wasn't any one else to speak to. I'm sure the owner will not hear about this from his employee and he, unknowingly, just lost out on a huge amount of business. Please remember the importance of customer service, especially when most of your customers are call ins.
