The $35.00 look at my car fee is wrong and they don't apply any of that amount to work done. Very deceiving in how they do business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was charged an alignment fee of $49.00 plus tax and also had to pay the look at my car fee of $ 35.00 plus tax. I hope the $ 20 bucks you made on me was worth a costumer...Oh wait I have tons of friends with cars that will never use this business.CLEAN UP YOUR ACT and stop over charging hard working people.

I started taking my car to Jon at Val's Alignment a few years ago. The service is great, repair's are completed in a timely manner, and the prices are fair. I would recommend any of my friends to Val's.

I have been going to Val's Alignment for a few years now, but have never posted, so now's the time! I have always had a great experience with Jon. He really listens to my needs and explains what he's doing and why it needs to be done. I feel that any work is done within a reasonable time frame, and they have even gone as far as to squeeze me in on a very busy day because I just asked! Thanks Val's!

Great mechanic shop. The guys are all nice and good at what they do. I have been going there for years, and they know what they are doing. When I bought a car I brought it to Jon to make sure it would be a good purchase. He gave me a list of things that would need to be fixed at some point and I haven't had unexpected problems! Great place i recommend it!

I was having problems with the cooling system on my car. I contacted Jon at Val's alignment and brought the car in. He was quick in identifying the problem and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. I was very satisfied with the price as well as the customer service, I will definitely be using their services again.

best choice i've made i will always have my alignment checked at val's took my car to firestone for alignment (lifetime) tires still wearing. after the third time i took it to les swabb they had me change more parts and aligned the suburban. still tire wear. so very frustrated. finally a coworker told me to take it to val's alignment. it needed a pitman arm. so i told them to replace it and align it. when they went to align it they told me the knock out were never removed. i didn't know what that meant so they showed me. i h... read more

I was sent to this place by my mechanic for an alignment that he was unable to do at the time. After the young men at Val’s look at my vehicle, I was given an estimation that was over $500 because it had other issues. After I advised Jon Hansen that I would not be able to make the repairs at his shop due to the amount, he charged me $35 for the estimate. I did not have $35 but Jon accepted $30.
