This practice is horrible. The doctor lacks compassion, she and another lady with dirty blondish hair. The rest of staff is great at what they do but Dr. Shaw is a bit cold and condescending.
This is the worse doctor I have ever met. She provided care for my mother for little over a year. Despite my mother two hear condition she treated her herself and refuse to refer to a cardiologist. As a result my mother suffer a stroke n the blood thinner to help prevent it was not updated and during the last 3 months my mother was under her she refused to see my mother when I spoke to her about a UTI my mother had for 4 months because the doctor refused to have her seen by a urologist...
Dr Shaw and her staff always help and respect you.
Would really not recommend. Waited over an hour my 1st time going and had to reschedule because I had a work meeting I could not miss. For my rescheduled appointment, I still waited an hour after my initial appointment time before being called back. I told Dr.Shaw that I would like to be put back on a medication that I’ve taken before for an illness I was diagnosed with years ago and she refused to prescribe it!
