We normally use an app to book travel but that would have been a MISTAKE. Rick at VALRICK TRAVEL helped us book our Holland America West Coast Cruise last month. If we used that app, we would have lost out on upgrades, cruise ship secrets, the right cabin selection, upgrades, travel tips, covid instructions, the right excursions, upgrades, personal attention, and oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention upgrades. Rick is such a joy to work with! His energy is calm and so kind. And that’s the mood I want to be in when I plan something relaxing and exciting like a vacation.
