Physical Therapy 3rd floor. I visited St. Mary’s Physical Therapy on August 27, 2024, for left shoulder pain and was treated by Hoeksema. Unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. He mentioned that he typically works with more chronic cases. (Lymphedema Therapy)(3rd floor)(06-30-25)(Monday)(3:00 p.m. appointment). "Starla" at the desk/window is playing games with my lymphedema treatment and stopping me from getting treatment appointments. On Friday (06-27-25), she refused to make any lymphedema appointments for me. She said she will get to it later and have my appointments made and a printed calender ready for me when I came in on Monday (06-30-25). This did not happen.
