As any business you have good apples and bad ones for the most part they have good caring people but they have some that aren't so caring. How do I agree with some of their policies bathing patients twice a week. And for them having to wait when they push their call button for the nurse my opinion is they have too many chiefs and not enough Indians
awful rude management and the fake smiles makes me sick.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you are looking to be treated fair or like a person at all, do not try and work here. CNA’s are treated terribly here and worse than any facility I’ve worked at. Almost impossible to request a day off, can’t sit down and chart, are disrespected daily by management and nurses. DO NOT WORK HERE
As hard as it is having my mom away from me. I know she is being well cared for by the staff here at Valpo Care and Rehab. I have told several of the staff how much I appreciate them. Because what they do day in and day out is not easy and they need to know how much they matter to me and my mom. It’s an older place but they really do try to make it feel like home.
