There is service and then there is that which sets the service standard! This team was exceptional. In one of our famous Alberta cold snaps, our heating system stopped working. Of course, tucked into blankets we had no idea until the temperature sensors set off alarms, warning us that the house was headed towards freezing. The team at Valour are awesome!! They have come very quickly to help with our flooding issues! They helped us by replacing our sump pump in the Summer of 2020. When we recently had other issues with flooding they have come the same day and were able to help. The team is just wonderful! We can text and connect with the plumbers/professionals for questions and they are always so kind, helpful, responsive and professional.
