Charlotte went out of her way to help me with my referrals today. I have been trying to get them since the end of May. I was told when I checked, the referral person was out or she was working on them. As of today, June 23, they still had not been sent in. When I called the office again, I was told the referral person was out. Charlotte spent a long time with me on the phone getting those taken care of. I really appreciate her dedication to her work and willingness to help me. Laurie
Since Dotti left, totally gone downhill. You are kept waiting FOREVER, on phone and in office. Been a Dotti patient since 1997, so disapointed
