Edited to reflect my most recent experience...Dr. Wood is a HORRIBLE doctor!!! I was transferred to him after the NP that I was seeing left. Dr. Wood didn't ask me how I was feeling. He just started giving his bias opinion about what I have been experiencing. Don't waste your time or your money on this doctor because he will do absolutely nothing to help you. I am writing to share feedback regarding our experience with Dr. Wood. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the care provided and would not recommend this practice. Dr. Wood served as my father’s primary care physician for several years, and we have since decided to transition to a different provider. It's not the same since NP Bari left. The front desk staff is great. However, preauth are not submitted correctly and the wait time is horrible. I like the convenience of the location. However, it's time for me to find another doctor.
I need to say that Stephany Cesillon is the best person who answer the phones and greets patients at the Mesquite clinic. She is absolutely outstanding. She is kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. From the very first contact, she makes you feel welcomed and cared for. She is truly the best patient service representative I have ever encountered. Thank you Stephany… ♥️
